Terms of Service
1.Introduction: This document constitutes an agreement between the User and Digitalbash and governs the use of the services provided by Digitalbash Panel. By using the services of Digitalbash, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If the User does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, they must discontinue the use of Digitalbash services immediately.
2. Digitalbash provides social media marketing services, including but not limited to the promotion of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube accounts. Digitalbash shall provide these services to the User in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
3. User Responsibility: The User is solely responsible for ensuring that the content they submit to Digitalbash for promotion is in compliance with the terms of service of the social media platforms, as well as all applicable laws and regulations. Digitalbash shall not be held responsible for any violation of the terms of service or laws by the User.
4. Payment and Refunds: The User shall pay for the services provided by Digitalbash according to the prices and payment terms specified on the Digitalbash website. All payments are non-refundable. In the event of any technical issues that prevent the delivery of services, Digitalbash shall make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and provide the User with the services they have paid for.
5. Changes to Terms and Services: Digitalbash reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the services offered, at any time and without prior notice. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the services offered by Digitalbash.
6. Termination: Digitalbash may terminate this Agreement at any time, without prior notice, if the User violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. In such event, the User shall be responsible for paying any outstanding amounts owed to Digitalbash.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties: Digitalbash makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services or the information, content, materials, or products included on the services. The User agrees that the use of the services is at their own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability: Digitalbash shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
9. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digitalbash Panel operates.
10. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Digitalbash and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties.
11. Contact Information: For any questions or concerns regarding this Agreement or the services provided by Digitalbash, the User may contact Digitalbash at the contact information listed on the Digitalbash Panel website.
12. By placing an order with our panel, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service weather you read them or not.
13. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes or any future changes.
14. You will only use the our website in a manner which follows all agreements made with all the social media websites on their individual Terms of Service page.
15. Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
16. We do not guarantee a delivery time for any services. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and we will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
17. We are trying hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us by our re-sellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we believe it necessary to complete an order.
